Who are the Managing Partners?

We are two operators with ~30 years of experience in finance, consulting, and SaaS businesses. We are backed by a group of private equity firms and family offices. Many of which are run by entrepreneurs who are former operators themselves.

Are you a private equity fund?

We are like private equity, in the fact that we are seeking to acquire and grow privately held businesses. However, we are not building a portfolio of companies. Our goal is to acquire one company in the United States, grow it for 5-10+ years. We have no fixed investment timeline. Our focus is on creating enduring value, building on your foundation, and preserving your legacy for years to come.

Who is the ideal candidate for you to partner with?

We are looking to partner with an owner who is looking for a tailored succession plan. Our growth strategy will be focused on reinvesting in the business, not cost cutting or financial engineering. For example, we are seeking a business who needs help professionalizing its sales and marketing to expand its reach within the market.

How will the transaction work?

Depending on your goals, we can be very flexible in how we structure the transaction and your role in the company post-close. For example, it may make sense for you to take a board seat. We will value your business by looking at your revenue, margins, growth over last 3-5 years, capital intensity, customer concentration, debt, and market position (i.e. differentiation).

What will happen to my team after the sale?

We prioritize nurturing a great company culture, investing in the people to thrive through all growth phases. Our goal is to reinvest in the team you have made and we intend to expand it.
